Cathy is a Women’s Mentor, Leadership coach & Shamanic guide & Teacher.

Blending deep intuition with strategic foresight, she sees those she works with in their fullest potential and walks alongside them on their journey to actualising it. She is pursuing a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology with the California Integral Institute, further integrating mysticism and science into her approach.

Cathy is deeply passionate about hosting immersive leadership retreats worldwide. These transformative gatherings weave the wild beauty of nature with teachings on empowerment, ecological impact, visioning for the future of female leadership, and reconnecting to the deeper mysteries of life. As a registered Transpersonal Coach with the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM), she has mentored women in leadership roles across the globe, helping them generate sustainable wealth, decolonise industries, and rewild their bodies and minds.

Through her studies with the wild, the trees, the art of vigil, and her training in somatic Focusing. Cathy is committed to somatic approaches that cultivate deep intentionality. She helps women reconnect their bodies to nature through sensed ecology by bridging inner and outer landscapes, offering a path to restoration. Working with ecological underpinnings is a key focus for modern business, leading and guiding companies that are paving the way for bringing nature back to the centre of how we work.

At the heart of her work lies a deep curiosity about women’s mysticism and the Esoteric. She has trained with mentors such as renowned Medicine Woman Shonagh Home and continues to be guided by the wisdom of her Irish homeland. She embraces European wise-woman lineage traditions as a Ban Draoi (Irish Wise Woman).

Cathy has also served on the Board of Directors of Awake.net, a leading social impact network for the entheogenic community, and hosts the Entheogenica Podcast, where she explores the intersections of mysticism, empowerment, and conscious leadership.

Her mission is to inspire women to lead authentically, create sustainable impact and global reach, and return to the wildness and wisdom of their true nature.
