Cathy is devoted to the reclamation of women’s rites of passage, ancestral wisdom, and the deep mysteries of the feminine. As a Ban Draoi (Irish Wise Woman), she walks the path of the seer, healer, and oracle, guiding women through initiatory experiences that reconnect them to their primal wisdom and the living spirit of the land.

With a Master’s in Coaching Psychology and a PhD in progress in Transpersonal Psychology at the California Integral Institute, Cathy merges the mystical with the scientific, grounding her work in both research and lived experience. She has mentored visionary leaders, healers, and entrepreneurs across the globe, helping them cultivate businesses and lives infused with meaning, wealth, and wild wisdom.

Her work is rooted in the timeless traditions of the wise-woman lineage, weaving plant-spirit communication, somatic ritual, and vigil practices to help women reclaim their sovereignty and embodied knowing. At the core of her work lies an enduring curiosity about women’s mysticism and the Esoteric. Cathy's work remains deeply connected to the wisdom of her Irish heritage. As a Ban Draoi she honours and evolves the traditions of the European wise-woman lineage, embodying the roles of Witch, Seiðr, and the many faces of the old shamanic arts.

Through immersive retreats, potent online containers and one-on-one mentorship, Cathy facilitates transformational experiences that bridge the seen and unseen realms, supporting women to navigate personal thresholds, awaken their intuitive gifts, and embody the wisdom carried in their bones.

Cathy is a leadership coach and consultant for women building brands deeply steeped in feminine medicine. Empowering women to build sustainable businesses that honour their calling.
