About Cathy
Cathy holds a Master's in Coaching Psychology & works as a Visionary women's Guide. She has dedicated her life to the path of re-wilding and is passionate about rites of passage and women's mysteries. Her unique approach to leadership coaching sees her blending a deep level of intuition with the ability to see those who sit before her in their highest potential and then walk with them to that place—currently undertaking a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology with the California Integral Institute.
Cathy hosts immersive retreats worldwide, and one of her core passions is finding ways to combine the wild with teachings on empowerment and conscious living.
Cathy is a qualified Breathwork facilitator in the lineage of the Celtic Breathwork School. Cathy is also trained in Positive Psychology interventions to support healing, growth and executive leadership. As a Breathworker, Cathy has impacted people through profound metamorphosis, and her work is sought after by Holistic festivals, CEOs and Shamanic circles alike.
Cathy is a registered Transpersonal Coach with the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM).
Cathy is the host of the Entheogenica Podcast and previously served on the Board of Directors of Awake.net, a leading voice in the Psychedelic movement and a social impact network for the entheogenic community.
Cathy has mentored and coached women in major leadership roles globally. Her passion is supporting women in generating sustainable wealth, decolonising industry, and rewilding the body and mind by coming home to nature.
At the heart of Cathy's work lies a deep curiosity in women's mysticism and the Esoteric; she has mentored and trained under teachers in her homeland of Ireland and with highly skilled guides from around the world, including renowned Medicine Woman Shonagh Home. Cathy is the embodiment of a modern medicine woman and identifies as a Ban Draoi - Irish Wise Woman. Bringing a modern vibration to ancient practices, she effortlessly merges modern psychology and mysticism to support a grounded approach to transformation and spirituality, which is a way of life that can be woven into career, expression, and community.
A core mission of DRAOI is exploring Western European ways of crafting with plant allies while harnessing the energies of the divine feminine. European wise woman traditions are an essential element in understanding the deeper layers of Europe's shamanic lineages. The role of the feminine as an intermediary between the divine and the natural world is a central force honoured within many ancient ritualistic traditions. This art is returning to the landscape as we seek ways of healing our relationship with the earth. Witch, Volva, Seiðr, Draoi, Oracle, Wu, Wise Woman, the many faces of the divine feminine.
Cathy is undergoing extensive training with the Trees and Land of Ireland through the practice of vigils in the wild under the guidance of her teacher, Marta Fabregat. She is also completing practitioner training in Focusing, a somatic therapeutic approach with deep intentionality that aims to reconnect the body to the natural world through sensed ecology and plant-spirit communication.
She has also trained as a Holistic Rose practitioner with the Rosa Mystica Temple and holds a 200-hour teacher training in Yoga and Ayurveda for women's health.
